At Fact Or Fiction Games, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a game doesn't meet your expectations, you can return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the unopened product in its original packaging, ensuring the Return Authorization Number is clearly written on the outside of the box.

  Ship the Item

  Send your package to our processing center using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely at our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
