What is your return policy for board games?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and sealed games. Due to the nature of collectible components, we cannot accept returns on games that have been opened or had their shrink-wrap removed.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, Fact Or Fiction Games ships to most countries worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes incurred upon arrival.
Are the games sold on your site brand new?
Unless explicitly marked in our 'Pre-Owned' or 'Vintage' sections, all games are brand new, factory-sealed, and sourced directly from authorized publishers.

Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
